Once you try theAngelPeople.com for 90 days, you'll want our efficient, online connection to viable investment opportunities year round. The full year of membership is available for a $300 fee.

3) What are the benefits of theAngelPeople.com for Investors?

Membership at theAngelPeople.com means that you have access to:

• A broad base of investment opportunities.
• A customized search for your ideal investment opportunity
• An interactive forum for investors and entrepreneurs (coming soon).

4) What will the site experience be like for me as a member and interested investor?

You can begin your search on-line, where you can review investment opportunities submitted by entrepreneurs in a variety of industries and geographical locations. You can view investment opportunities whose characteristics match your criteria upon member registration info or through new searches.

When you find an interesting opportunity, you can view the supporting information for more detail. Some entrepreneurs will offer "road show"-style video presentations, or PDF downloads of their executive summary, business plan, or other documents. When you want to get involved and invest, expressing interest is as easy as contacting us via email, fax or phone.  

5) Who are sophisticated foreign investors?

Foreign investors are not restricted from investing through theAngelPeople.com. However, theAngelPeople.com has set some general guidelines for foreign sophisticated investors. A "foreign sophisticated investor" is defined as an investor who is not a citizen of the United States, does not reside in the United States, and who has one of the following characteristics:

(1) an understanding of investment activities;
(2) a professional status;
(3) a history of speculative investments;
(4) several years of experience in the securities industry;
(5) a general familiarity with securities transactions.
