1. Who can register for theAngelPeople.com membership?
An accredited investor.
A company or business entrepreneur with a business/executive summary.
2. How do I submit an executive summary?
You must register with theAngelPeople.com before submitting your executive summary. Please do not send your executive summary in any other method than through this registration process. You must use the form provided to you after registration to submit your company summaries. By doing so you enable your information to be placed in our database to be accessed by our investor network.

By registering with theAngelPeople.com you gain access to a broad base of
Angel Investors, as well as professional services that can help you improve your business plan and increase your chances for success. TheAngelPeople.com is the solution for your financing needs, allowing you to focus on the more critical needs of development for your company.
4. How do I benefit as a registered Investor with theAngelPeople.com?

- Receive up to date information on new opportunities

5. What is an accredited investor?
An accredited investor, as defined by the SEC in Rule 501 of Regulation D, meets at least one of the following
criteria: a natural person alone or with their spouse with a net
worth of at least $1 million; or a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year

6. How long is my executive summary posted for?
Six months - but the average deal is struck under 90 days and you can request your summary back at anytime or update it accordingly by contacting our offices.
7. How can I find out if there is interest in my business/deal?
By registering with theAngelPeople.com your
information will be listed with
appropriate contact persons and
addresses for the Angel Investor to
contact you directly.
You can also contact
us directly to find out the status of your deal submission.
8. Is there a way to present the idea in front of potential interested investors?
There are several ways to get in front of "live people". TheAngelPeople.com is the online answer to the question "Where can I go on the internet to obtain financing for my start up". However we also believe that nothing can take away the personal nature of a face-to-face meeting. If an investor has an interest in your idea and would like to meet in person, we can help arrange for a meeting between the parties. 9. Can I make changes to the business summary once it is submitted?
You can save changes to your submission before you submit it to theAngelPeople.com at any time. However it will not be considered complete for review until it is submitted. The summary will not be posted without being submitted for review.
10. What if I need to update my executive summary but have already submitted it?
If you need to make changes to your submission, please email
info@theAngelPeople.com and a representative from theAngelPeople.com will make the necessary changes and notify you when they are complete.
11. How much does a membership cost?
Businesses
are charged a flat fee of 2% on
monies invested by the Angel
Investor(s). A non-refundable $500.00
deposit of this flat fee is due upon
the signing and listing in our
database for a six month
membership. The remaining balance
is due once monies
are received to the company.
Remember, to submit an executive
summary for review is free.
Angel Investors only pay $300 for a
one year membership. For Angel
Investor Groups, discounts may by
applied.
12. Is Northwest Angel Network, Inc. or theAngelPeople.com a registered broker/dealer?
The Northwest Angel Network, Inc., theAngelPeople.com website or it's representatives are not registered brokers/dealers and may not sell, offer to sell or offer to buy any security. 13. When I become a member for financing with theAngelPeople.com, should I stop looking for further funding efforts?
No, the company should continue to pursue all avenues of funding, including those parties with whom they were working with before theAngelPeople.com.

If you need additional financing to complete your round or you will be looking for subsequent rounds of financing, the theAngelPeople.com community is always here to assist your funding needs.
